End-to-End Analytics Turnkey: You See What Brings Money, Not Clicks

When clicks live in Metrica, requests in the CRM and money in the bank, the owner does not see marketing. End-to-end analytics connects them into one chain: you see the customer price from the first click to payment and repeat purchases. Case: budget $625K to $375K/mo without losing leads.

Why

Why Businesses Waste Budget on Ads

01

I do not understand where the budget goes

  • Reports about clicks and reach
  • No link between spend and revenue
  • Unclear which channel pays off
02

The channel seems to work, but there is no money

  • Leads flow, few deals
  • Long deal cycle blurs the picture
  • Repeat sales are not counted
03

I make decisions on feelings

  • No numbers on the table for meetings
  • Marketers say reach, the owner says sales
  • Scaling a channel is scary because the effect is invisible
What we connect

End-to-End Analytics: One Report Instead of Five Dashboards

  • AdsAll channels in one chain: Yandex, VK, targeting, seeding, contextual, retargeting - spend and results per channel
  • WebsiteBehavior, conversions, sources; integration with Metrica and call tracking
  • TelephonyCall tracking: every call is linked to a channel, ad and keyword
  • CRMRequests, stages, sales, deal amounts - all connected to the source
  • ReportingWeekly digest to the owner: leads, cost, ROMI, inter-stage conversions
Step-by-step guide

How to Set Up End-to-End Analytics: 3 Core Steps

This instruction works for B2B companies with 3+ acquisition channels. If you do it yourself, follow the points. If there is no time, order it turnkey.

1

Single UTM standard

Without this the chain does not work. Agree with the team on the format:

utm_source=yandex
utm_medium=cpc
utm_campaign=search_brand
utm_content=ad_variant_1
utm_term=keyword

Error: different contractors set utm_source as they want - some yandex, some Yandex, some ya. Analytics breaks.

2

Lead qualification in the CRM

Define 3-5 statuses every lead passes through:

  • New - request arrived
  • Qualified (CQL) - fits criteria, ready for dialogue
  • In progress - manager is working
  • Meeting scheduled - key stage for B2B
  • Sale - money received

Why: without qualification you count lead cost, not cost of a qualified lead (CQL). The difference is 3-5x.

3

Data stitching: click to request to sale

Pass client_id or roistat_visit at every step: site to form to CRM to deal. This is the technical part - Roistat/Calltouch integrations with Bitrix24, amoCRM.

No time to set up - order turnkey →

Key metrics

Four Numbers That Close 80% of Decisions

CQL

Cost of a qualified lead

What a request ready for dialogue costs - not a click and not junk.

CAC

Cost of a deal

What one paying client costs including the whole path and follow-up.

LTV

Margin from a client over lifetime

What a client brings over all time working with you, including repeats. Details →

ROMI

Return on marketing investment

How many times each dollar in ads returns as margin.

Before and after

What does not work

5 Mistakes That Make Analytics Lie

01

UTM tags are set randomly

  • One contractor writes utm_source=yandex
  • Another writes utm_source=Yandex
  • A third writes utm_source=ya

Result: three channels instead of one, ROMI is not counted.

02

No lead qualification

  • You count all requests as leads
  • Junk requests blur the cost
  • You do not see the difference between CQL and junk

Result: you think a lead costs $60, while a qualified one costs $190.

03

Phone calls are not linked to channels

  • In B2B 40-60% of requests come through calls
  • Without call tracking you do not know where the client came from
  • You turn off a channel that actually works
04

Counting only the first touch

  • The client came from contextual, left, returned a month later from search
  • You attribute the sale to search
  • Contextual seems broken

Solution: multi-touch attribution - count all touches.

05

Not counting LTV (repeat sales)

  • Client bought once for $600
  • Then returned 3 times for $1,900
  • You count CAC = $120, LTV = $600
  • It should be: LTV = $2,500

Result: you turn off a channel that pays off on LTV.

Cases

Analytics with Numbers

Russia · 50 dealer centers

Budget $625K to $375K/mo without losing leads

$3M/yearsaved
$625K to $375Kbudget/mo

A network of 50 dealers, each with 2-3 acquisition channels. Leads flew, but because of a 1-3 month deal cycle it was unclear which channel gave sales. Over 4 months we agreed on qualified-lead criteria, unified UTM tags, implemented data stitching and a ROMI report. Budget started being distributed by actual sales: more meetings and sales - get 50% of budget, fewer - 25%. Result: $3M/year saved without losing lead quality and quantity.

UAE · UAE-Consulting

Cut the cost of a qualified lead by 43%

$350 to $200CQL
+20%to revenue in 6 months

End-to-end analytics showed which combos drained and which paid off - budget was redistributed, revenue grew.

Russia · Sarmat SZ

Call tracking and CRM: seeing the whole client path

45 to 8 minlead processing
+22%conversion to sale

Call tracking linked calls to channels, CRM counted inter-stage conversions - the owner sees where money is lost.

Questions

Frequent Questions About Analytics

What is end-to-end analytics in simple words?
It is the whole client path connected into one system: you see which click brought the visitor, what they did on the site, whether they left a request, how much the sale cost and what margin it brought. Without it you see clicks in one dashboard, requests in another, money in a third, and the link between them is eyeballed.
Is Yandex Metrica enough?
Metrica sees the site and visits, but does not see sales in the CRM and revenue. End-to-end analytics connects Metrica, CRM, ad accounts and phone calls into one report. Metrica stays - it becomes part of the chain, not replaced.
How much does end-to-end analytics setup cost?
Audit - from $600 in 5 working days. You get an action plan: what to fix and what to implement. Implementation cost depends on the number of channels, CRM and report detail - calculated after the audit.
Which companies is the service for?
For B2B companies with a marketing budget from $2,500/mo, where every lead is expensive and it matters to understand which channel really gives sales, not just leads.
Which metrics are most important for an owner?
Four metrics that close 80% of decisions: cost of a qualified lead (CQL), cost of a deal (CAC), margin from a client over the lifetime (LTV) and return on marketing investment (ROMI). If these four numbers are on your table every week, marketing is managed by numbers, not feelings.
How do I pass data from the site to the CRM?
Through Roistat/Calltouch integration with Bitrix24 or amoCRM. Setup takes 2-3 hours. The key parameter is roistat_visit or client_id, passed in a hidden form field and stored in the deal card.
What if I have a custom CRM?
API work is needed: when creating a deal, save roistat_visit and all UTM tags. Then set a webhook that sends deal status changes back to Roistat.
How long does implementation take?
Basic setup (3-5 channels, one CRM) - 2-3 weeks. Complex setup (10+ channels, several CRMs, custom reports) - 1-2 months.
