Stand, build-out and trips cost millions - but 70% of contacts cool down in 72 hours. We take preparation on ourselves: target audience, invitations, stand script, follow-up. You arrive at the exhibition with a system, not with hope.

For international exhibitions, the key platform for finding and inviting the target audience is LinkedIn.
Template "come to our stand" does not work in international correspondence - personalization is needed.
The main method is parsing profiles of needed specialists and companies followed by personalized work: contact invitations, messages, stand invitations. A person must see that you understand their role and market - otherwise the message is ignored.
On output for the international contour you get a list of target profiles and a personalized communication scenario: first touch, warm-up to the stand, meeting at the exhibition, follow-up after.
With exhibition contacts the mechanics are the same: those called the same day become contracts.
Preparation for an exhibition starts not with the stand, but with answering the question: whom exactly you want to see at your stand and how to reach them before the pavilion opens. Most start with the contractor and brochures - that is a sequence error. The stand is the final point, not the first.
The second contour is invitations. The target visitor does not come by themselves: they are invited personally 2 weeks ahead. Existing clients - the manager calls personally and writes the stand number; new ones - targeting, thematic communities, mailings. Without this, "idle walkers" will visit you.
The third contour is work at the stand: the visitor has 5 seconds to understand which of their problems you solve.
The fourth is follow-up: most lose leads after the exhibition when business cards are thrown into a box.
The fifth is online presence: trust earned at the stand lives only where you are visible on the internet between exhibitions.
The exhibition brings contacts, but contracts are lost after: slow follow-up, no segmentation, no repeat touches. We check reaction speed, CRM tags and follow-up regulation.
The inconvenient truth for exhibitors: half of "bad exhibitions" is bad follow-up. A contact who was not called the same day is already comparing your competitors offers.
That is why I check segmentation (hot / warm / cold), touch timing and conversation scripts - control brings a sale cheaper than a new stand.
With exhibition contacts the mechanics are the same: those called the same day become contracts.
Which exhibition you chose, who is the target audience, what was done before, what budget is planned.
We check current preparation, find 3-5 budget leak points.
A list of concrete actions with priorities - not a 50-page PDF.
We discuss what to implement first and calculate the effect.
| Format | Term | Cost |
|---|---|---|
| Trade show preparation audit | 2 days | Free |
| Turnkey exhibition preparation (project) | 8-12 weeks | quote after audit |
| Presence between exhibitions (system) | from 1 month | from $900/mo |
After the audit you get not a "report for the sake of a report", but a document for decisions: target audience portrait, invitation plan and follow-up regulation with priorities. The first three plan points usually close the main leaks before the exhibition.
What to do next is your decision: implement with your own forces or hand the turnkey project over - then the audit becomes the first stage of work, and its cost is counted in the project. In any case, after the audit preparation goes according to plan, not in emergency mode two weeks before the start.
In 30 minutes we review your target audience, invitation plan and stand work.
We show where target visitors are lost - before the start.
